Shazia Dalvi




Designer Shazia Dalvi has been graduated from B.D.Somani Institute of fashion tehcnonology with two major awards like designer of the year & student of year in her final year. During her course,she has been  trained under the best of the fashion stalwarts, before she launched her eponymous label in summer of 2012.

In her studying years, she has interned at Ace traditional design studio – Aishwarya  Santa Cruz and Retail wizard, Remanika for designing the finalist of Pantaloons Femina miss India pageant. She has also assisted in styling project with Designer Riyaz Ganji for his ‘Shagun’ fashion show.

Post Graduation, Shazia did a brief stint at Jona, where she assisted Jyotsna Tiwari of “JONA”.In her tenure, she assisted them for the annual India Bridal Week and also merchandised and managed their signature Boutique outlet. Shazia has also extended her expertise in designing school uniforms for pre-primary and nursery section.

After a series of Independent projects with many brides, Shazia has launched her label, which celebrates her forte of designing classic Traditional Indian silhouettes with a global panache. Her design philosophy is to reach masses and customize to create their dream trousseau with her unique signature style. In the time of Budget Brides, she offers the perfect solution for the Big Bright Indian celebrations. It’s a label, which believes in understanding the desires of the customer to create those special moments and not merely racks of clothes.
